To me, did my cousin Arin say,

Nibling oatmeal raisin cookies and skittles on a Saturday

‘Now that we should go to the same school,

We could hate each other more, and engage in dispute,

You be the loser; I would be cool.’

‘How stupid!’ I would think, my cousin was,

For we looked the same height, but he was admitted to a junior class

But when the play between us fell apart,

When his cars turned his cars,

My cards my cards

When the coats we wore dyed in different colours,

When in front of our peers, we won’t speak of each other,

I guessed he was just smart,

My cousin Arin, now eats chocolate chip cookies, or is it whoopie pies?

I have no idea, alas!
